I am not receiving the 2 Factor Authentication code to my cell phone nor my email. Please help me resolve this issue so I may log into your system and countinue accessing the training material to be certified as a HUD Housing Counselor. I have a deadline from my employer to get certified. I need this resolved as soon as possible, please.

I have attempted to take the HUD counselor practice test several times today and each time, the test was started partially through (skipping the first 10-15 questions) and I was not able to see my scores nor review the questions. Subsequently, I tried to login to my account to take the test from my account. My login info wasn't working so I had to reset my password. I was then redirected to a screen saying that I didn't have access to change my password. I am taking the HUD test tomorrow morning and would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me get this resolved asap!
