I passed the HUD Housing Counselor Certification, however I work with Native American Tribes all over the U.S.A. as a subcontractor for NAIHC. I don’t work for a HUD Housing Counciling Agency, so what do I do now? According to the final rule on Tribal Housing Counselors I need something to happen quick, so I can be certified after passing the HUD Housing counciling certification test.

ACCOUNT LOCKED & UNABLE TO SETUP TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION: I have reviewed your previous instructions and I have reset my password multiple times. Even after my account was reset the blue hyperlink to "set-up two factor authentication" does not do anything. There is no option to provide a code or set up for two-factor log in. I have checked my security settings and enabled pop-ups, redirects, location, etc. I have also tried logging in from my phone and the link does not work either.

Good Morning, I have been studying for the exam for weeks. I contacted support last month to let them know none of my studying or assessments were being tracked or saved. They stated they knew it was occuring and would be fixing it. However, this morning when I attempted to schedule my exam it is still stating that I need to finish my knowledge assessment and I have. Hello, I am unable to log in to my account, as it keeps asking for two factor authentication which I'm sure I set up but I recently got a new phone. Even when I try the password reset, I am still unable to get past it requesting two factor authentication.
