Hi, Approval for Refinancing in Module 4.2 still has DTI not to exceed 36%, 43%, and 45%. Which is the correct percentage? It is making it impossible to provide training to pass the exam when the official training materials do not have accurate information.

trying to register for an in person HUD exam and it's not giving me an option to do so.

Hello every time I visit the training modules I see a red box appear asking me to set up two step verification. It shows how many attempts I have left before being locked out (currently have 11 attempts left). When I click the link to go ahead and set up my two step verification it sends me to my account page but there is no option to set up the two step verification. It only has the option to reset my password under update profile. Can you please direct me in the right direction?

I keep getting an alert that I need the two factor authentication and only I have a certain amout of time to get into my account or I won't be able to log in. I am not at six. When I hit the link in that message, it closes that window and nothing happend. It is not giving me any type of instructions to proceed. I can't use the Google authenticator without the necessary information. Thank you

Hi, The links you provided in the email took me to the website and required me to log in again. Once I logged in I get sent back to the same page. I don't see any verbiage with Access Exam Details. There is a link for Exam registration, which does an entire 360 leading me back to square one. It tell me the pageyou are looking for does not exist and requires me to log in. I tried calling the number provided before the office closed and no one answered, I left a voicemail and received no call back.

I am not able to reschedue my exam. When I follow the instructons for Step 1 the link says it does not exist.
