I do not know what else to do about this situation. The last link you sent me, last Thursday 10/10/24, I did not do it alone. I asked our IT network administrator to help me, and he couldn’t do it either. I am being redirected to a general Microsoft informational page that leads nowhere.
Cannot access my account. It keeps telling me to contact support to reset access. I took the test today and did not meet the passing score, so I am trying to reschedule it today. Please respond as soon as possible as I have limited time to complete this requirement.
I am still having trouble with this site. When I log in I get kicked out. This happens every time i try to log in. What am I doing wrong. My 2 step authenticator is up and registered. i don't understand why I am getting kicked out every time I try to sign in.
