I am unable to log-on and Forgot Password doesn't work. This is my second request: the support I received previously didn't help me to log-on. I need to log-on to reschedule my exam date of 9/30/2024 to a test date in October. Please reset it ASAP so that I'm able to log-on and reschedule exam date.

I can’t sign in keep saying password wrong and won’t let me rest password

I was trying to take the HUD exam, paid to do so, watched the video, and the screen said error when I launched the test. Now it has locked me out?? I am not sure what to do and was supposed to start the test at 6pm.

I have taken the exam 4 times now. Material for the exam promises an email following failure to pass the exam. The email provides you with guidance on the area to study and next steps, among other things. I've been told that is issue is known, and I was thanked for my patience. If individual information isn't being automatically sent out to exam takers, could that information be requested individually? I'm all for studying, but $60/$100 a pop is expensive when you have been trying to absorb all the information. It may not help me, but I have raised this issue with my state representatives.

Hello, I keep logging in and it say need two way authentication, every time I log in it say's contact support. I tried to reset password and it lets me in but limit access. I can not register to take the exam.
