I am wanting to access my account to schedule a test for today or tommorrow and am unable. The message said to contact support but am unable to reach anyone. Please help!!

I am unable to log into the site. It keeps asking for a 6 digit code for two- step verification. I don't know where to obtain the code and I have to take my HECM exam today at 2PM EST. I have been trying to reset my password and I have tried to get in on my personal computer as well as my work computer for several days without success. I really wanted to reschedule the exam. I am becoming very frustrated. My phone number is 610-605-0505.

I logged out, and cannot log back in.

I still have not received my results from my HECM exam that I took on 9/14/24. Please see the message below. Also, I submitted another support ticket for another issue: I cannot log in to my account. Original Message: I recently took the HECM exam on Saturday, September 14th.
