I am unable to log-in to my hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov account. I am trying to see the next steps after passing the exam to become certified. Please help!

Unable to log in " Contact Support for log in" is the message I'm seeing.

I cannot log into my user account to take my HUD exam. I chatted with Kyterion this morning, and they referred me back to reaching out here. My case number with them is 02787864. I have left voicemails this morning, because I am unable to log in and the password reset tells me I must contact user support to reset my access.
