I cannot fix the calculator how do I retrieve this information?

I've completed the two-part verification on 9/4/2024 at 2:18pm at this point I'm able to get into my Hud account today when I'm logging in its asking for my two-part verification but there isn't a scan bar or code for me to complete the two-part verification! Please advise!

I had a 2:00pm exam appointment today however, the application will not load, it keeps on spinning.

I am at the testing site and cannot get access to my test because I don't have a password and you guys aren't sending it to the right email or something!!!!!

My exam was suspended by webassessor a quarter of the way through. They gave me no reason why and instructed me to contact you.

I was asked to contact support to reset my access. Can you also provide me with some insight as to why i have to contact support to reset my access?

I recently took the HECM exam on Saturday, September 14th. I never received an email with my results and/or what topics needed more focus/study time.

The site is asking for a two-step authentication. I've already had this issue in the past. I thought the issue was fixed but it's doing the same thing again. I take my exam in about two weeks and do not have access to my account. Please help!
