I cannot log in and schedule my exam; it asks for a code that does not arrive by phone or email.

It is not giving me the 2 step authenticator code and allowing me access to register for the exam.

I have downloaded the secure browser however; when I select the program it says to open in a secured browser from a link. Is the link provided at the time of the exam or is there a way to test the software prior to the date of the exam?

Need technical assistance. I need help logging in to my study page. The system is asking for the 6 digit code to the 2 step verification and I have not received it in my email or as a text message.

I did not receive an email after the exam stating what areas I did well on and what areas on the exam I need to look at more.

I am trying to set up my FHA Connection account and it is asking for a Counselor's Exam ID, I don not see where to locate it.

I am not able to log into my account at hudhousingcounseling.com the support with Kryterion said they cannot help me. My account is linked to an old employer account so the email goes to one to reset password and I dont have access to anymore sarahr@IHFA.org I do have my HUD certification number/ username MAIU57.
