I'm having trouble with two way authentication since yesterday.

I cannot access my account

when i attempt to sign in i am prompted with an error message that states "contact support to reset your access"

I have an exam this morning at 5:45am CST. Its not letting me login.

I have taken the training modules from Module 1 through Module 3.2 and I noticed my dashboard says that I have not started any training modules yet. How can I resolve this issue?

I have sent 2 emails and left 1 voicemail and cannot get a resolution to my issue. I no longer have access to the device I was using to receive codes for the two factor authentication. I have a new device and cannot access my account. I am scheduled to take my test next week and need to reschedule it as soon as possible.

I went to log in today and the verification code was never generated to my email or my text. So it prevents me from logging in to see if the certification portal has been fixed yet.

I have an employee that passed the certification exam and needs to be placed in fha connection. How do we go about doing that? Can I do it from my account?

I have taken and passed the HUD Counselors Exam. I received the email confirming this and now need to Transfer Results to FHA Connection. I have tried many times to transfer results and not having any luck - the link is not working. Help! :)

Good Afternoon, I passed my BHUD Certification test today, and I keep getting an access denied message when I try to transfer my results to FHA. Please help me with this, as I am unable to transfer my results nor can I print my certificate. I also haven't yet received my Counselor's Exam ID number. Does this take a few days to receive? Thank you so much for all of your help in this matter!
