Hello, I passed the HUD Certification Exam today and I have been trying to log in to my account but it will not allow me to log in so I can complete the next steps to become certified. The website just generally stated to contact Support.

Good morning... I have not heard back about my exam. I had it suspended last Wednesday by Kryterion. ALso cannot get into hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov now. I followed the steps last week for TFA and let me in. It didn't ask me to save a pw and I didn't write anything down and now cannot get in. I thought it would ask each time I signed in and would send a code. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!
