I need HELP! I have reset my password twice now, the two way authenticator not accepting the code. I have recreated my account. I trying to do the HUD Housing Counselor Training Module I'm sign in on Exchange page, but can't get in the login on HUD Housing Training Module. Or do I need to login. I don't know

Hello. In order to pursue a career as a HUD counselor, does one have to work at a housing assistance organization first? I have a bachelor degree in Sociology and have been employed with social service organizations. I'm looking for employment/long term career at the moment. Would I be able to first take and pass the HUD counselor exam and then look for employment at a HUD approved organization after? Thank you for your help. Cynthia Carrillo

I took the training for becoming a housing counselor and am ready to take the exam, but registering for the exam online doesn't work. I created a login and password (to register for an exam online) but when I try to log in, the system says to type in a verification code, even though no code is emailed to me. So I can't get to the screen that allows exam registration. Can you help? thanks, Jeff Koch

Hi, this is Terry Drummond and my phone number is 904-305-9257. I paid for the criterion test twice yesterday hoping that I'd be able to gain access, but I believe it's because the website is down that something is not transferring correctly with my username and password. And then there was a big error message also on the page before I even put that information in.

HUD Counseling Website needs the Password Reset for the HUD Housing Counselors.

She has the Certification as a Housing Counselor. It says to contact Support when she tries to log in.

Not the FHAC system but Housing Counseling she says.

She sent in an email but has not heard back on it. See the SR above.
