I need a receipt of my HUD Counselor exam. How do I get one to submit to my Accounting dept.?

I have to reschedule my exam. Can you give me a link so I can do that?

Good afternoon, I was made aware that the HUD exam scores have now been posted instead of just FAIL/PASS. I looked at mine & it shows PASS but with a 0 score. It also has my HECM exam date listed as 9/13/23 which I’m sure is messing with the results. I took the HUD exam on April 29th, 2022. Can that score be looked in to by chance?
