I am supposed to have my exam this morning, but my HUD Account says I have not registered for an exam yet. However, I have had 60 dollars withdrawn from my bank account and I got a confirmation email.

I changed organizations in February and I don't have access to the old email and I need to change my PW.

I have completed several modules however, when I view my profile it says I have not completed any. Can you please advise if this information is correct or point me in the right direction as to where I can view the progress of each module.

Hello, I've completed the knowledge assessment twice, and it does not show in my account that I have completed it. It just displays the message saying that I have not completed the practice exam. I also never received an email with my results from my knowledge assessment. Also, I've taken each interactive module twice and it shows that I have not done any. Could someone please assist?
