Hello, I reached out last week about having issues with the HECM Exam. I did not receive a response directly but I did receive an email stating my Exam was rescheduled: New Schedule: Date: 12 July 2024, Time: 11:45. This is still not showing here on your site. My certification expires on the 13th and need this Exam completed before then. I see the site is still showing as being under maintenance when the webpage is first opened. Please assist in making sure my Exam is properly scheduled and available through your site, hopefully at an earlier date than the one mentioned above.

My exam is not showing on my dashboard, but I have registered and paid. I have a confirmation email and reminder email that was sent.

Dear support team, I was scheduled to take the test today July 5 at 4.00 AM EST and I logged into the HUD site using the link https://www.hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov/user/333786. However, there was no button which should say "launch exam" instead it said "you are not registered for exam" and there was this blue button which said "begin exam registration". I also got a pop-up on my screen that the site is under maintenance and not sure if the problem occurred because of the downtime.

I just passed my exam today and I'm trying to continue the process by transferring my results to FHA Connection in the Exam Center. However, I am encountering a "Page not found" error. What should I do to resolve this?
