Ticket from Roberto De Anda - Certification Exam

I am scheduled to take my exam today at 9:30 AZ time. I have an email confirmation that the exam was paid and scheduled, however, upon log in, it states that I am not registered for any exam. When attempting to re-register it loops back to the same page. Please advise what steps to take for either refund and reschedule or how to take the exam today. Ticket from Shawntae Haywood - Certification Exam

I constantly keep getting an error message when trying to register to take the exam again. Also, upon looking at my account it shows that I have not completed any of the training modules and I did. I even opened and completed the first three as a guide for my retake and it does not show that they have been completed.
