Hello HUD support team.
I have completed all the required HUD training for the HUD housing councilor's exam. I am not currently employed by any HUD counseling agency. I attempted to register for the HUD housing councilor's exam and pay the $100.00 I was not able to complete the payment, an error saying I have "Invalid Voucher Code" I do not mind paying the full $100 fee, but I could not complete my registration to take the exam. My Agency does not have an HCS ID, how do I obtain my certification if I do not have that number.

Earlier, a colleague of you replied to me that there will be Chinese Simplified version of the exam questions in the near future, is there a specific date or timetable?

I received three emails outside of working hours on Friday 6/21/2024. These emails listed two new testing dates, neither one I scheduled myself for, and a cancellation confirmation number. This has caused me some confusion as i prepare for my first attempt, your guidance is much appreciated. May I please know the day and time I am scheduled to take the HUD exam with my accommodation of added time and breaks?

I had to cancel my exam because I was not able to transfer to take it in at host site. When will I receive the refund so I may reschedule another appointment to take at the closet location? I am aware the fee is more. Thank you. 228-249-3457
