Hi, my name is Marcia Brown-Williams. My original time for my exam today was for 11:00am. I tried several times to get into my assessment but I couldn't. After trying several with the assistance of my supervisor, I was locked out. I then had to reschedule my exam for 1:30pm later today. The Lockdown browser is what is giving me the most problems. Even when I hit the link for it to continue and I hit the links for me to continue, another box pops up with the word exit and it shuts down everything. I do not know what to do. I want to take my exam today!
