I need to reschedule my exam date for thursday Jan 25, 2024

I had gone online and got extra time for my test. I set my test up for March 5th at 12:30 but the print out showed January 9th. I have been out of work because of the snow. I had already paid for the test. I was told to pick one of the dates I had requested, which I did. Could you please help me set up this test for march 5th at 12:30 at Walters State Communinity College. I also have the email where I was approved for the extra time because my doctor wrote a note.

Exam Cancellation Reasonable Accommodation Requested. Due to inclement weather conditions our Housing Authority was unable to reschedule the exam prior to the test time.
