I can not access my exam

Dear Sona,

We received your voicemail about the prompt to enter a password on webassessor.

After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials to access Webassessor. Your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov user account automatically logs you into Webassessor.

There is a known browser error in which candidates are sometimes kicked out of Webassessor and asked to log back in.

Can I change my email/user login on my account? tbooth@mycesi.org is no longer valid and I will not be able to receive emails. My updated email address is tbooth@cesihousing.org

i been trying to log in to take my test but it wont let me it was scheduall for 3 pm i been trying to call tesing support with no luck

Ms. Hinnant called in to request rescheduling her exam due to her special accommodations. She requested going into a testing center. Support cancelled and refunded her exam and let Ms. Hinnant know that the exam is 2 hours and she okay'd scheduling for an exam without her accommodations. Support promised Ms. Hinnant that support would be on the phone with her to schedule in case she runs into any issues.
