I can't find my counselor exam ID

My name is Carol Chandler.
On 5/16/23 I was in the middle of my HUD certification exam. The internet went down during my test. I rescheduled and took the exam on 5/19/23.
I received a failing score on the exam. I am questioning did to calculation from the exam on 5/16/23 add with the calculation from 5/19/23. Because I scored lower then the previous time
I took the exam and I really felt I did better on this exam.

Since I don't see the time and the summary of the payment, on my letter (please see below), I would like to confirm that my HUD exam is fully rescheduled.
Please send me a complete confirmation letter with the time and the payment I made for my HUD exam, before my exam was rescheduled from May 31 to June 1 of this year.
