I am trying to reschedule my exam for Jan 31 at 12:30pm. It will not let me. Please help?

Wayne Harmon stated that he was scheduled to test today, Jan 17, 2023, and he was speaking with a Proctor and was told to back out of the site and start over and once he did, he no longer has a launch button. However, I do not see where he was scheduled to take the exam today but he does have an exam scheduled for tomorrow, Jan 18, 2023. I have reached our contact at Kryterion and for next steps.

I continue to be thrown out of the system due to having to enter credentials that I am not supposed to need for this. This is my fourth attempt at taking this exam with this same ongoing issue. This was supposed to have been fixed prior to todays 9:30 am exam and has not , so once again I have missed the exam. Please assist...
