Verlene Earl called and stated that she was locked out of here HHC account and she was unable to schedule a test. I checked the account and it was not blocked. She stated that she had a message stating that she was locked out for 6 hours. She was able to log in and schedule her exam.
I am lock out and i have reset my password trying to login to schedule appointment
I need my username and password for kryterion when i launch the exam it asks for it and kciks me out.

The purpose of HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov is to help counselors prepare for the HUD Housing Counselor Certification Exam and provide access to the exam. After passing the exam and transferring the results to FHA Connection, counselor certification activities shift from HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov to FHA Connection.

I need help your system will not accept the picture I capture. I tried chatting with a rep all day yesterday I could not get anyone. I reviewed the video how to and tips nothing helps I need to speak to someone please.
