How can I obtain my HUD Financial Counseling certificate? i passed at the end of june

The purpose of HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov is to help counselors prepare for the HUD Housing Counselor Certification Exam and provide access to the exam. After passing the exam and transferring the results to FHA Connection, counselor certification activities shift from HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov to FHA Connection.

I cant get into my account and I need to reschedule my exam/be able to log in and study. my 1st email was cchabuka@ifhcidaho.org but I re-registered with charlotte.chabuka@gmail.com. Can someone help me get in

I took the HUD certification on 7/22 and on 7/30 both exam results can we the same grade 412. I know that I did better on the last examen. Can someone explaining to me why I can we the same results????

Completion of training is optional and is not required to become certified. However, to increase certification exam passing rates, candidates are highly encouraged to study the course content.

To access the training, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov. 

Once you are signed in, select “Training Center” at the top of the page. If you are already signed in, you can access the Training Center launch page directly.

I am unable to access my user account I am registered with email.

The Study Guide consists of 15 modules and a Glossary that vary from approximately 20 to 60 pages. A single file of the entire training is not available.

The Support team is not able to provide physical copies of the Study Guide. You are welcome to print the training as befits your needs to prepare for the exam.
