HUD needs to update my account email to my personal account so I may take the exam. I changed my email from my work address to my personal account to prevent further technical issues. I have attempted taking the exam twice and both times have experienced issues. This was why I changed the email on my HUD account to my personal email, as I will change it back after the exam tomorrow, if I am able to log on. Currently, the test email was sent to my work email which doesn't work.

Hello, I had accidentally deleted the 2factor authentication to this website on my authenticator app. So now when I try to log in, it asks for a verification code but being that I don't have it on my authenticator app, I don't get a verification code making my log in inaccessible. if there is any way i could get a QR CODE so I can link the website login to my Microsoft authenticator app. that would be great!
