I paid for an exam back in April that I never took and never recieved my money back or to rescheduling

I passed the HUD Exam and provided counseling. I no no longer work for the orginization and would like to continue HUD counseling - how do I do this?

I need some accommodations like a magnifier to be added in my test. I need to be able to read the HECM Exam questions without a problem.
Or use my external monitor connected to my laptop.
I fail my previous exam last week because of this reason. My new HECM Test is tomorrow at 9:00AM CT. Thank you for any help.

Reschedule Exam. Our office was closed due to poor weather conditions in our area. I was not able to come in and reschedule my exam prior to the test time. Would it be possible to reschedule. Thank you!
