She received an email response from a Help Ticket (#35916) she had submitted prior that rescheduling her exam would be $60; but when she goes into reschedule her exam, it is requesting the full $100. I have attempted to call to discuss, but am unable to reach any one or leave a voicemail for a return call. Thank you.

I have failed the exam three times and every time I have received the same numbers systematically that I need to be reviewed. How is this possible. How can I failed the same numbers 3 timed. Is there a glitch in the system? I really need some answers. It'd practically impossible for thus to happen when I'm given different questions on every test but my results show I have failed the same numbers three times.
