Unable to complete registration for test. (I can not select a checkmark for the test to submit the request)

I work for an agency where emails follow the position not the person. I have changed positions and email addresses and the employee with my old email address needs to register for an account with your site to begin the counselor training process. Is there a way to edit my username to my new email address so that it stays linked to my exam and id number?
