could not log in rescheduled test for 4pm told me it passed the time to reschedule.

I am unable to access my Hud Counseling exam. The connection to the website is coming through as Not secure and once I proceed it says that I have esxperienced an error and will not let me enroll

I am trying to register and when I click "continue to schedule and payment" it takes me to a page that says "You have encountered a system error."

can I get my retakes refreshed?

Can someone please tell me what time I am registered for my test on 10-15-23. I thought it was supposed to be 10:00 am but it does not say am or pm in my email. I need an am appointment. please advise. Thank you!

Hi, my name is Marcia Brown Williams. A few weeks ago, my email was hacked. My email at the time was Mbwilliams.sscfcu@att.net. I set up another account with my new email which is Mbwilliams@southsidecommunityfcu.com. I paid for my HUD certification exam for December 7th for 10:00am. Since I reregistered with my new email account, the testing screen and the emails I received said that I did not have a test scheduled! What can I do to get this right. I paid $60 on November 24th.
