was not able to take schedule exam stated was not able to identify me

Exam results-
Hi, I just passed the exam. Currently in process of transfer to FHA Exchange, which requires the Exam ID.

I received an email indicating I should receive an email with Exam ID, and also The Exam ID should be in the Profile section- Neither is showing Exam ID.

Please advise where to check for it?

i am having issues viewing the interactive traing modules. I click on them and only get a blank page.

I got an error message stating "Unable to acquire LMS, API content may not play properly. Do I need to change permissions in Chrome to get the training modules to work right?

So awhile ago I had a bunch of issues trying to take the exam because of my name.. Now because of it we were charged more than the times I took it.. Is there anyway someone can get back to me to figure out how many times we should have actually been charged?

Do I take the knowledge Assessment before or after completing the training?

I am unable to open the modules in the training center. It takes me to a blank page.

I paid $100 to take original test.
Do I need to pay $100 again ?
