How do I set the time zone for Maui/Hawaii. Mahalo

I have been trying to create an account but haven't got any email responses yet. Having no access to the study material is hindering my training.

I'm having issues with login in to launch exam. It states invalid credentials and this is the same login in information utilized previously.

I attempted to purchase the HUD test for 100. My bank declined the purchase, after I confirmed it was me I resubmitted my request to pay. I have two confirmations. I need a refund for one please.

i need to transfer my Exam Results to FHA Connection, but i am not seeing the option to do so. i previously took my HUD exam and passed on march 8th 2022. That is the only transfer that i see which has already been reported.

I believe I have 2 accounts. I have already passed my exam. I created another account thinking that it would merge the two. It has not. Please advise. I just wanted to know when my certification ends and to see how many training hours I need to maintain my certification.
