I am trying to finish up the process to get my certification. I am trying to submit the application on FHA Connection. To submit the application, I need to provide HECM Training Information, but I am not sure what to put in that section of the application. I contact FHA Connection, but they didn't really give me information about it. They told me to contact the FHA Resource Center, which then directed me to contact you. So hopefully you can give me the information I am requesting, or guidance to complete the application and finish the certification process. Thank you!

I am taking a HUD training course for Housing Counselors. Currently I am taking a Module 3.2 and I am stuck on page 6/17 , not able to move on. There is not arrow to the next page but only to the previous page. Please advise.

I have taken and passed both the HUD Housing Counselors exam and the HECM exam.

I am not yet employed by a HUD approved agency. Do I need to be worried about my exam results expiring or will they my results be here when I finally find a job?

No volume in any of the videos , I am using a I pad so I am wondering if that is the issue with this matter

I was able to register for the HECM counseling test and was able to print out my receipt. However there was NO VAT # listed and I have NOT received my test taker authorization code?
Please advise TEST is Scheduled for 4-5-23 @ 10:45 am. At TACTIX consulting group, Ft. Worth, TX.... not sure if my registration is complete?
