The "coupon/voucher" field is a standard field for the testing company. HUD does not provide voucher or coupon codes to offset exam costs. You may skip the "Submit" button and select "Check Out" at the bottom of the page to complete your purchase.

I can't log on to take my exam. Your software won't allow me to run it

Is there and actual class that is offered for help to prepare for the exam? I have access to the materials provided by the website. And I also have a little experience but I am not comfortable taking the test and was wondering if there is a class in-person or virtual for me to take?

Dear Chrystyn,

The online training is interactive, but the videos do not include audio. However, the downloadable study guides do have an audio option. To access this open the Training Center within your account, scroll down to and click on Download Study guide. 

Once the page loads click on the desired module to download PDF. Open the PDF and within Adobe go to View > Read Out Loud > Activate Read Out Loud. 

Will like to know if something can be provided with information stating that I studied and passed the exam. thank you

I had scheduled an exam for yesterday but with the storms I had no internet until this afternoon. Is there a way to reschedule without a fee as it was due to mother nature having a fit?
