Follow-Up on Reasonable Accommodation Request for HUD Exam I am writing to follow up on my request for a reasonable accommodation in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for the upcoming HUD exam. Previously, I submitted a doctor’s note in support of my request for accommodations, and I received confirmation that it was received. However, during my last exam, the accommodations recommended by my physician were not implemented. I want to ensure that this oversight does not occur again. Rescheduled exam but can't find it now

I am registered for the exam on 5/14/2025 Conformation # 10641942025. I was just approved for extra time accommodations to complete the exam and was informed to let Support know. Please advise what I need to do. Thank you

I previously passed the test in 2018 and used an employers email address to setup my account. I need to access my results again and I am unable to access my account. My Housing COunselor ID is 724MCE I need to access my account with my new email address jean.louis@naca.com
