I had my exam scheduled for 3/7/23. I had forgotten to bring my ID, and I had already driven over 200 miles to take it. They called and they were told I should reach out to reschedule.

I was schedule to take my Cert Exam on 3/10/23 at 5pm, paid for. When it was time to click launch for the exam , I was booted out and as to sign in I did a few times and changed my password to proceed. The system did not allow. I tried to get support form Kryterion and HUD support either of you were avail to assist. I sent in 3 or 4 tickets for support. I am scheduled for my online exam NOW!! Kryterion site doesn't let me in to Launch the test.. It boots me out to re-enter my log in. I did this twice and then stated not correct password? for the sake of testing , I ask for a new password.. Then, no email for updated password. I know that my email is correct (msjagilliam@gmail.com)because, I received my approved registration for the exam with confirmation of receipt.. I should not be charged or re-charged for the complications of Kryterion Webassessor.

Hello, I took my HUD exam on March 2nd and passed woo hoo! now I'm just trying to fill out the required forms to get my certificate. I Just have a few questions. The form is asking for a Counselor Exam ID and an Agency HCS ID. what are those? My HUD profile says I should receive an email, but I haven't. Are either of these referring to my Test Taker Authorization Code by chance? Thank you for your help!

I've have always had comprehension issues growing up and its very difficult for me to take test without reading questions out loud. If i could be able to take the test and read the questions out loud. this would be very helpful to me. I graduated college with a GPA of 3.71 and i have failed this exam 5 times already.
