I cant get the glossary to come back up

how many questions are on the test and how many can one miss to pass successfully?

Rosibel Delgado called to get instructions on how to cancel her online exam then register for an in-person test. 

I have two conflicting times listed for my exam scheduled on March 7th. My online exam time says 11:30 AM
The receipt says 13:30 PM

I'm hoping I signed up for 11:30 am. Can you please confirm my time.

my test is not allowing me to enter and it was supposed to begin at 9am

Can you tell me what the steps are for HUS housing counselor training and certification as a counselor.

I was not able to get signed in. I tried 10 minutes prior to exam per direction and continued to receive a request for credentials to access Kryterion even though our IT department entered credentias in prior to todays scheduled exam.

To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Select Begin Exam Registration in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps to register for the exam.
