I took my exam today and did not pass. However, it was stated that I would receive an email giving recommendations as to what I should study when I take the test again and as of 7:30 pm EST, I have not received the email. Is there a reason that I have not received this recommendation email? If at all possible, I would need to receive the recommendation email using sabbott@matrixhs.org by tomorrow. Is this possible? I really need to know what I need to focus on to retake the test.

my exam is not showing up and the website says I cannot register until after my exam

My eye sight is poor. Why is there not an audio option??

It looks like I need to be currently working for a HUD approved employer but the job I am interested in is requiring a certificate. Would I not be able to do the exam without already working for a HUD approved employer?

In the Respondent part where you take the practice test, my name is not in there and once i am done taking the test my score does not come up and it does not tell me what exactly I got wrong. My test is tomorrow morning. I hope you can get back to me soon.

The glossary is not opening, when I click on it once I click on a blue link; it's not opening the glossary to give me the definition
