Your test date details are included in your Assessment Purchase Confirmation email. Your test date details are also located in the Countdown to Your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. You must be logged in to access your user profile. To change your test date, please log in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and visit the Exam Registration page.

I had my exam scheduled for today and saw last night that my ID must match the name on my account so I changed my profile name to Cynthia instead of Cindy. However when I logged in for my exam today I was unable to take it because my name apparently was still showing Cindy. How can I change that to Cynthia and reschedule my exam? Thanks!

The "coupon/voucher" field is a standard field for the testing company. HUD does not provide voucher or coupon codes to offset exam costs. You may skip the "Submit" button and select "Check Out" at the bottom of the page to complete your purchase.
