i want to do a Hud certification in a center where should i go what link should i use

Ms Porano called in because she couldn't gain access into her account she set up in 2019. She and I worked to update her information and reset her password. 

She also inquired about her FHA Connection ID. I wasn't able to confirm if the ID located in her account is the ID she needs.

I am having difficulties login into my account. I have tried several password resets and have not been able to login as no retrieval emails have been sent out (have checked junk/spam box). Is there a way another way to gain access to my account? Thanks

The purpose of HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov is to help counselors prepare for the HUD Housing Counselor Certification Exam and provide access to the exam. After passing the exam and transferring the results to FHA Connection, counselor certification activities shift from HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov to FHA Connection.

Can I take the certification without working in a housing agency? Only as an individual.
