Hello I am interested in becoming a HUD housing Counselors but I did see a section after completion of exam, you to verify candidate's employment is verified in FHA Connection. I’m not employed by FHA connections I’m just looking to get HUD housing counselors so I can be certified if any jobs available. Am I able to completed the process independently without being employed by agency.

Continuous issues from the start of registration- exceeding amounts of time even with previous registration, and being informed that there aren't enough test sponsors to support the vast numbers of those scheduled to take the test; being kicked out during the taking of the exam (Thursday, 10/20), complaints from the test sponsors as to how I am situated in taking the test, from being told there is toomuch lighting in my exam area, to not having the ability to see my eyes ( i wear glasses).

The "freddiemac.com/mymortgage" link, on page 18 (of training module 5.1) is no longer a functioning page on the site. The same is true of the link (in module 4) to CFPB underserved county list. I have provided an updated link below.

Ms Porano called in because she couldn't gain access into her account she set up in 2019. She and I worked to update her information and reset her password. 

She also inquired about her FHA Connection ID. I wasn't able to confirm if the ID located in her account is the ID she needs.
