After completing and passing the HUD Certification exam and successfully transferring my results to FHA Connection, in an attempt to apply for my FHA Connection ID, I got an error message at the end saying “no certified exam data on file” and there was some issue with my SSN not being on file as well. Even though, I made sure to enter it correctly every time.

To cancel or reschedule your exam, sign in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select Access Exam Details in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard

Follow the steps to reschedule or cancel your scheduled exam (canceled exams will be refunded to the credit card used), then follow the steps to schedule a new exam.
