Hello, I need my account unlocked to download the software to take my exam this evening. I am currently receiving a message that I will be locked out for 6 hours and to contact support to resolve the issue. Is this something that can be unlocked by this afternoon so I am able to download the software on my personal computer

Signed up for my exam. Will there be an issue that my name is Nikki but my ID is Nicole? Will I need to change my name in the system to match my docs or will it be understood its a shortened "nickname" for Nicole.
