I passed my exam and transferred my information to the FHA but I am getting an error message stating that I'm not in the database my ID# NV26033902

I am unable to download the training study guide.

I need to cancel my exam scheduled for Friday, August 12 and I can't find an option to reschedule or cancel the existing exam.

Price for training. It says $60.00 plus equipment fees.

Can’t hear the training module. The video plays without volume. I have turned it on and off and no success with hearing the instructor.

The online training is interactive, but it does not include audio.
