Please clarify. Using the study guide for Module 3.2. The flow chart on page 8 "HUD's Fair Housing Complaint Process" The first box, at the top of the page is labeled "Intake" then following the arrow to the left is the second box is labeled "Complaint Filed". Continuing on the left side, a third box , the only vertical box on the chart is labeled "Investigation". On Page 14 is Knowledge Check 3 please match the activity with the name. On Page 22 Knowledge Check Answer Key the Order is C, A, D, B.
