is there an area in the exam calculator that can be used as a white board

Hello! I have an exam tomorrow and was reading over the testing environment requirements. It mentions possible testing aids, and to ask my sponsor about them. Are any testing aids permitted during the HUD Counselor exam? Thanks!

I submitted a photo for my Biometric profile that I need to retake but it doesn’t allow me to change it on the dashboard, is it possible to reset this so I can retake the photo? I just don’t want any issues when I arrive to the testing center next Wednesday.

I applied for my certification today on FHA Connection. I realized after I submitted the application that I had typed in the incorrect Agency HCS ID. I typed 90147 and our correct Agency HCS ID is 90142. How can I correct this? Thank you.

I only got three questions in before I was booted from the exam via technical problems.
