How to access the webassesor in order to take exam tomorrow.

Good evening I am wondering if it would be possible for me to receive a refund for the $60 I paid for this exam I have scheduled tomorrow at 10:45am. Apparently I signed up for the wrong certification exam therefore I will not be taking the assessment

Exam says scheduled for 10:45 AM but the email says 1:45 PM. I signed up for 1:45 PM and need to confirm this ASAP.
