I passed my exam years ago and wondered if my certificate was still valid and how would I receive a copy of it?

Took 4 hours to take test because of various issues with online test. Not user friendly at all. Was almost done and they said couldn't hear and took 2 hours to get back on then no video then no connection. Ruined the whole thing having to wait. i was working on the test form 9:20am-1:30pm
