How will I be able access calculator for the exam if you log me out of my account?

The Study Guide consists of 15 modules and a Glossary that vary from approximately 20 to 60 pages. A single file of the entire training is not available.

The Support team is not able to provide physical copies of the Study Guide. You are welcome to print the training as befits your needs to prepare for the exam.

To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Select Begin Exam Registration in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps to register for the exam and complete the form at the bottom of the page.

I'm a HUD Certified Housing Counselor and I working for a new agency. I need to transfer my information to my new employer but they are requesting me my user ID to complete the transfer in the roster.
I don't know what is my user ID, I just have my counselor exam ID.
How I can locate my user ID?
