Hi this is Wanda Collins. Collins phone number is 708-439-5193. I had sent over a request ticket last week and it's regarding Google Authenticator. I am not getting prompted to scan a code for thehudhousingcounselors.com site. I have deleted the app, re added the app and still no success. Greetings, My name is Rodney Newell. I formerly worked at Neighborhood Housing Services of NYC as a Certified Housing Counselor. I left there a little over two years ago due to financial reasons.
