My test is scheduled today and i am having trouble with the sentinel download

I am having issues with understanding where I stand with my understanding of Housing Counselor training. I took the practice exam, but the response for areas that I need to improve on do not satisfy my questions on where I stand in those areas. Giving me the response that, "Additional study is needed" does not enlighten me on where my lack of understanding is. Am I missing the core concept? Am I making an arithmetic error?
